Withdraw from the contract

Use this page, without registration or login, to withdraw from an online contract within the statutory time limit.

Some perishable or short shelf-life foods and opened sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons may be exempt by law. We record the statement regardless; eligibility is assessed separately.

As a rule, the consumer bears the direct return cost. Return eligible goods within 14 days to Alaplé Bar Kft., 1013 Budapest, Attila út 4. 4/25., Hungary, and retain proof of posting.
