Webshop and orders

To fulfil orders, the webshop may process name, e-mail, phone, billing and delivery details, cart contents and order data.

The legal basis is contract performance, and legal obligation for invoicing data. Invoice data must be retained for the period required by accounting rules.

For accounts, we process the account name and e-mail, a one-way salted scrypt password hash and server-side sessions. Orders placed while signed in, credit entitlements and credit redemptions are linked to the account.

Payment and delivery

For online payment, the webshop prepares a Teya payment flow. Card data is handled by the payment provider; the webshop uses only the payment status needed for order fulfilment.

For delivery, the name, address, phone number, e-mail and parcel data required for delivery may be forwarded to GLS.

Buyer, order and line data required for invoicing is sent to Számlázz.hu, and the returned PDF is archived in non-public backend storage. Electronic withdrawal statements and acknowledgements are processed to handle consumer requests and meet legal obligations.

Newsletter and cookies

Newsletters are sent only with voluntary consent, which can be withdrawn at any time.

The cart and site operation may use technical storage. Analytics or marketing cookies are used only if the visitor gives consent.

Data subject rights

Data subjects may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, object to processing and exercise data portability rights.

Complaints may be submitted to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information or to a court.
