Formation of the contract
The customer selects products, places them in the cart, provides delivery and contact data, accepts the terms and the privacy notice, and starts payment.
The order is accepted when the provider sends an electronic confirmation. If customer data is inaccurate, the provider may request clarification or refuse fulfilment.
Prices, payment and invoice
Prices are shown in Hungarian forints and include VAT. In case of an obvious pricing error, the provider is not obliged to fulfil the order at the incorrect price.
This webshop prepares online card payment through Teya. The payment provider's own security and privacy terms apply on the payment interface.
Electronic invoices are generated through Számlázz.hu. Registered customers can download the backend-archived PDF through an access-controlled link in their account.
Annual credit programme
Each programme year runs from 1 August to 31 July. A registered customer whose paid, non-refunded eligible product purchases reach HUF 100,000 during a programme year earns 5% of that eligible spend as whole-forint credit.
Shipping and amounts already paid with credit do not earn further credit. The award can only be spent between the following 1 August and 31 July, cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred, and expires at the end of that period. Refunds and invalid orders may reduce eligible spend.
Delivery
Domestic orders may be delivered by GLS home delivery, GLS ParcelShop or GLS locker. Domestic delivery costs HUF 1,990 and is free from a product subtotal of HUF 20,000.
International orders are available with GLS home delivery only. The checkout calculates the fee from the destination's GLS region and gross parcel weight; international delivery is never free. Extra costs caused by failed delivery or incorrect data may be charged to the customer.
Withdrawal and complaints
The right of withdrawal may be limited for perishable or short shelf-life foods. For non-perishable goods, consumers have the rights provided by distance-selling law.
During the withdrawal period, an electronic statement can be submitted through the “Withdraw from contract” function. An acknowledgement containing the statement and its submission date and time is sent to the supplied e-mail address.
Quality complaints can be submitted through customer service. The provider investigates complaints and handles them according to applicable law.
